By initializing a development cycle, request, or onboarding with the VEXTA design engine and architecture collective, you execute a binding connection to the following technical parameters and governance conditions. Failure to comply with these protocol standards requires immediate termination of the service instance.
Protocol deployment terms
By engaging with VEXTA systems or deploying assets generated by the collective, you confirm that you possess the necessary authorization to execute technical decisions for your organization. This agreement represents a binding, functional connection between the client and the vexta engineering core.
Scope of architectural services
Vexta provides systemic design engineering, high-performance UI architecture, and logic integration solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, multi-platform asset review, design system connectivity, and component storage protocols. We reserve the right to recalibrate any service module or engine parameter at our discretion to maintain system integrity.
User responsibilities & data conduct
Clients must engage with VEXTA tools and generated assets in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Any attempt at unauthorized system access, component tampering, or protocol exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting from the VEXTA architecture network.
Ownership of intellectual assets
All original code, including proprietary algorithms, unique component logic, 3D visual system designs, written technical materials, and original source files, are the intellectual asset of the VEXTA team. Until full deployment and contract execution, you may not reuse, modify, or share any part of our architecture without written consent.
Data usage & privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to our system architecture. While we may use anonymized metadata to improve our high-velocity design engine, your proprietary product data and personal information will never be shared without consent, except where required by legal mandates or for cryptographic security verification.
Limitations & risk disclaimers
Our design systems and engineering assets are delivered "As Is," without warranties of any kind. While we strive for sub-second finality and absolute component data correctness, we cannot ensure specific market results. VEXTA will not be held liable for any direct or indirect issues resulting from system deployment or platform use.
